Marie Godward took part in this event in loving memory of her aunt, Catherine Blatherwick, raising funds for Astro Brain Tumour Fund.  She writes:-

“On Sunday 10th October after an early start, I hit the roads of Manchester for the half marathon along with just over 5000 other runners. There was great support and entertainment out on the route and the sun shone down keeping everyone in good spirits.

Many thanks to all who donated to the fundraiser and sent me messages of support!”

Marie has raised the amazing sum of £642 (including Gift Aid)
