TEA & CAKES

Astro Brain Tumour Fund trustees Mary and Robbie held this event at Holme next the Sea. Around 60 guests enjoyed tea and cakes and a raffle was held. £575 was raised which will go towards research into low grade glioma brain tumour research.  All in loving memory of Gemma Barrett

  3rd August 2025 ABTF trustee Neal held his annual Afternoon Tea on 3rd August 2025. It proved to be a very popular occasion, as always, and the amazing sum of £2,004 was raised which was divided between Treetops Hospice and Astro Brain Tumour Fund. All in loving memory of Neal’s wife Catherine.

A Soup and Puddings event took place at Holme-next-the-Sea where guests enjoyed homemade fare.  A raffle and competitions were also held.

BURSTON GARDEN CENTRE

Staff at Burston Garden Centre, near St Albans, held various events in the latter part of 2024 including fun activities for children in the half term.   Also ladies knitting group held a sale of their goods.
